Política de reembolso

We do accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of arrival. However, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of delivery if a return and/or exchange is needed.

Return/Exchange Policy:

We will happily accept returns for the following item(s):

  • Damaged Item(s)
  • Defective Item(s)
  • Incorrect Item(s)
  • Unworn/Unwashed/Unused item(s) that are in their original state

We unfortunately cannot accept returns for the following item(s):

  • Personalized/Customized Item(s)
  • Sales Item(s)

We do not accept cancellations. However, if there was a mistake with the order that was submitted, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do what we can to fix it.

 

To return item(s) please do as follows:

  1. Contact arkapparellc@gmail.com
  2. Ship the item(s) back at buyers expense, unless the item(s) came damaged/defective/incorrect
  3. Once we receive the item(s) we will check to make sure that it came back in its original state. If so, we will approve the return.
  4. Once approved, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

 

To Exchange item(s) please do as follows:

  1. Contact arkapparellc@gmail.com
  2. Ship the item(s) back at buyers expense, unless the item(s) came damaged/defective/incorrect
  3. Once we receive the item(s) we will check to make sure that it came back in its original state. If so, we will approve the exchange.
  4. Once Approved, we will send out the exchange within our normal time-frame as if a new order was placed

**In the event of an exchange that involves a price difference - the buyer will be responsible for any overages. If the price difference is lower than the original item(s), we will issue a refund for the difference **


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • We cannot accept returns for personalized and/or customized products
  • We cannot accept returns for gift cards or sale items
