Política de reembolso
We do accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of arrival. However, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of delivery if a return and/or exchange is needed.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We will happily accept returns for the following item(s):
- Damaged Item(s)
- Defective Item(s)
- Incorrect Item(s)
- Unworn/Unwashed/Unused item(s) that are in their original state
We unfortunately cannot accept returns for the following item(s):
- Personalized/Customized Item(s)
- Sales Item(s)
We do not accept cancellations. However, if there was a mistake with the order that was submitted, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do what we can to fix it.
To return item(s) please do as follows:
- Contact arkapparellc@gmail.com
- Ship the item(s) back at buyers expense, unless the item(s) came damaged/defective/incorrect
- Once we receive the item(s) we will check to make sure that it came back in its original state. If so, we will approve the return.
- Once approved, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
To Exchange item(s) please do as follows:
- Contact arkapparellc@gmail.com
- Ship the item(s) back at buyers expense, unless the item(s) came damaged/defective/incorrect
- Once we receive the item(s) we will check to make sure that it came back in its original state. If so, we will approve the exchange.
- Once Approved, we will send out the exchange within our normal time-frame as if a new order was placed
**In the event of an exchange that involves a price difference - the buyer will be responsible for any overages. If the price difference is lower than the original item(s), we will issue a refund for the difference **
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- We cannot accept returns for personalized and/or customized products
- We cannot accept returns for gift cards or sale items
